Yes. We have completed branding projects for restaurants and events. We also work with several high quality graphic designers who help deliver projects with a fully integrated design.

The Construction Documents are the full set of drawings a contractor needs to be able to build your project.  These include architectural and consultant drawings and specifications.

The permitting process is a complex process that includes a version of the Construction Documents as well as several forms. The exact process varies greatly depending on the final project scope. We can help you navigate the process or bring in a filing expediter if necesasry.

Getting everyone on the same page as building begins is critical to the success of the construction phase. We conduct page by page reviews of all documents to make sure that the selected contractor has all necessary information available.

How do you make sure the right specification are installed?

Contractor changes to specifications are common on every project.  We take the time to thoroughly review shop drawings and contractor submittals to ensure the construction documents are followed and any changes or substitutions are acceptable to all parties.

How do you make sure I get what I’ve paid for?
Will you be on site during construction?

We strongly advocate for the contract documents to be followed throughout construction. We rely on frequent site visits so we are always familiar with the status of the construction. We reply promptly to contractors' Requests For Information (RFIs) to keep the construction process moving as smoothly as possible.

Who buys the furniture?

If needed, we can purchase furniture, finishes, and equipment using trade discounts that are extended to us from various manufacturers. We then pass a portion of that savings on to you.

As construction wraps up, we conduct punch list walk-throughs to make sure that every last screw, millwork piece, and doorknob is in place.  We use new collaborative technologies such as PlanGrid to make sure that all parties can collaborate to finish up strong.
